Questions, answered
A clearer start before we talk.
These answers cover the first conversation, what to prepare, privacy, service areas, and the kinds of coverage you can ask about.
What happens during the first conversation?
Michael will ask what prompted you to reach out, learn what coverage you have now, and discuss the questions or concerns that matter most to you. The conversation is educational and focused on sensible next steps. You do not need to make a decision during the call.
What information should I have ready?
Bring any current policy or plan information you have and a list of the people, property, vehicles, health needs, or business risks you want to discuss. For Medicare or health coverage, a current medication list and preferred doctors can also be useful. You can still start the conversation if you do not have everything available.
Where does Two Waters Policy Services provide guidance?
Two Waters Policy Services assists clients in West Virginia and Ohio. Availability of particular products and plans can depend on your location and eligibility, so the first conversation includes confirming what can be considered in your area.
Will I be pressured or have my information shared?
The contact form and first conversation are used to understand and respond to your request. Two Waters Policy Services takes a no-pressure approach and does not sell your contact information. Only provide the details needed to begin; sensitive personal or medical information can be discussed through an appropriate follow-up.
Does Two Waters Policy Services offer every Medicare plan?
No. Two Waters Policy Services does not offer every plan available in your area. Information provided is limited to the plans represented. For information about all of your options, visit Medicare.gov, call 1-800-MEDICARE, or contact your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).
What types of coverage can I ask about?
You can ask about Medicare, individual or family health coverage, personal insurance such as home, auto, flood, liability, and bonds, as well as small-business or group coverage. The first conversation will confirm which needs Two Waters Policy Services can help with and identify an appropriate next step.
